Congrats to our Port Richmond CERT Team

Our Port Richmond CERT Team received a grant from the Richmond County Savings Foundation and Cesar Claro.  The money will go to the training and equipment for the team.


CERT stand for Community Emergency Response Team.


When any area of Staten Island has an emergency situation, this team of volunteers are first on the scene to assist our community.


They are a non-profit group, always looking for new volunteers for their training programs.  If you are looking for something great to join, take a look at their site and contact John Tidona for more information.
