A flag which was damaged during 9-11 and previously hung at a construction site near the site was restored by the New York Says Thank You Foundation.

It was presented during the Staten Island Yanks baseball game on July 26, 2009, at the Richmond County Ballpark, by Boy Scouts from Staten Island and the FDNY.

The flag has been on a tour of the country and will be homed at the National 9/11 Memorial Museum in Manhattan.

Picture provided by parents of Troop 8 scouts who were part of the ceremony.

VNPs co-founder, Nick Rozak played the bagpipes for the event and Jack Rozak was among the scouts.
