Welcome to Positively Staten Island. This project has been in the works for some time now and we are now in position to devote time to it on a regular basis.
On this site we will have regular daily posting, all Staten Island related and positive in nature. Staten Island has been knocked for a long time, but those of us who live here know how great it really can be. This site it to help show others and each other at times, the true Staten Island.
Many Staten Islander claim there is nothing to do here, or it is boring or they chime in and bash the Island. This site is dedicated to showing everyone what this place is really like. (We know her faults too and at time we will have fun with those as well.)
We are always looking for contributions. We have researched many Island facts, historical data and fun items, but we can only know so much about her vast history, her current events and her little know secrets on our own.
If you have information to share with us, please drop us an email with your idea or just let us know you would like to contribute and we will give you some topics we are hoping to get on the site.
