 Mid-Week Bird Walks - FREEWednesday, October 6, 10:00am-12:00pm Mount Loretto Migrating sparrows and hawks will be the focus as we walk along the fields and bluff at Mount Loretto. Meet in the DEC parking lot off Hylan Blvd. Director of Natural Science, Ed Johnson will lead intrepid walks rain or shine. Dress for the weather, wear rugged shoes, and pack your binoculars. While these are not hiking trips, be prepared to walk 1-2 miles on dirt trails over sometimes uneven or wet terrain.
