St. George Theatre and Diana Ross!

Just got back from another great concert at the St. George Theatre.  This time it was the legendary Diana Ross!


 


Little lesson, when Miss Ross says the concert starts at 7, it really will.  The concert lasted exactly 90 minutes.  She has this down to a science.  90 minutes, all the hits and 6 costume changes.  Pretty amazing.
The Theatre was sold out, which translated to my mother and I, climbing all the way up to row O!  The rows only go to R in the Mezzanine, so it was quite the trek to the top.  Thank God we had a great dinner over at Karl's Klipper before the show.  Plus once, I got there, I have a bag of rainbow cookies from Rispoli Pastry Shop next door to the Theatre.  We made the St. George rounds tonight.
The Theatre is always pretty dark during the shows, but this show had some great light effects.  When the stage when gold, the ceiling lit up and it was gorgeous.
